It is not a handbook with directions about how to set up a political action committee, bring a lawsuit, or apply for a government subsidy. More fittingly, it aims to inform readers about the reasons firms turn to government as part of the struggle for competitive advantage and how that interplay can affect a company?s welfare, and the welfare of society.
