The heroes of the Initiative return to battle Fear Itself! The Asgardian god of fear comes to Earth, and his army - led by the Red Skull's daughter, Sin - pushes the Marvel Universe's heroes to the brink. When Captain America puts out the call for help, the disgraced former super hero Prodigy rises to the occasion to restore the Fifty State Initiative and put its former members back into active duty. Their mission to quell the public's fear-induced hysteria pits them against rioting masses, trigger-happy authorities and even the unstoppable Juggernaut!
