Samuel, the last of the judges, wrote his first book linking the judges and the monarchy. In it he called the people to a revival of the true worship of Yahweh (the Lord). He was also chosen by God to anoint both Saul and David as kings of Israel. This self study guide will help you to take a closer look through the eyes of this great Old Testament saint as he records the important events during the reigns of both kings.
The books in the Jensen Bible Self-Study Guide series are designed to provide you with a broader understanding of God’s Word.
