Compare two lists
Paste two lists and see the overlap in one glance: items in both, items only in list A, items only in list B, and the union of the two. Options for case, whitespace and sorting make it work whether your lists came from a spreadsheet, a notes app or an email.

How this comparison works
What do the four results mean?
“In both lists” is the overlap. “Only in list A” and “Only in list B” are the items each list has that the other does not. “Union” is everything from both lists with duplicates removed.
Does the order of the lists matter?
No. The comparison matches items, not positions, so two lists in a different order still compare correctly.
Are “Dune” and “dune ” treated as the same item?
Yes, when “Ignore case” is on and the surrounding spaces are trimmed — which is the default. Turn “Ignore case” off to treat them as different items.
Can I compare comma separated lists?
Yes. Leave the separator on “Auto-detect”, or choose “Comma separated” explicitly.
