Qualitative Health Research

A compilation of major articles concerned with qualitative health research, this volume explores research assumptions, research synthesis, phenomenology, ethnography, ethnoscience, grounded theory and semi-structured questionnaires.

All the articles relate aspects of qualitative research to specific health care concerns such as: patients leaving a psychiatric hospital, the menopause and conditions such as asthma. Nursing theories of caring and commitment are also considered.
