THis is the only book on this subject published by SBC in this generation. I have several quotes on the back from outstanding leaders. The forewword was written by Dr. Cho of Souel Korea where he is the pastor of the largest church in the world. I don't know how you got the listing but I am the only supplier. I have reprinted this myself.
