Search for the sacred: The new spiritual quest (Church and campus books)

Student and faculty members from various areas and backgrounds examine the sociological roots of the new spiritual quest, compare it with other historical movements, and discuss the theological development. Their insights and observations fall under three basic themes: the Loss of Direction; the Quests for Direction; and Confronting the Sacred Yes. Their testimony touches on almost all phases of the contemporary spiritual quest both within and outside the academic community.
