The Law and Policy of International Business, Selected Issues

This collection in celebration of the retirement of Professor William Barnes of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy looks back on the progress of international business law since the end of World War II and speculates about its future development. The symposium from which this book originated dealt with change and the challenge to law to keep pace with and to order change. The Fletcher School is well-situated and equipped to provide the lawyers of the twenty-first century with the special training needed to master the complex specialties in international commercial law, and Professor Barnes has done much to put Fletcher into a position to meet that challenge.
