Advances in Fish Science and Technology

This work consists of the edited papers from the world conference held in Aberdeen to celebrate the golden jubilee of the Torry Research Station. The 80 papers contributed by 133 world specialists have become a standard reference work as they not only review past, present and future trends in fish science and technology, but also present details of advances in these fields.
