The White Book: Forms of Contract, Rules for Expert Determination

A unique element of IChemE¹s contracts: IChemE Rules for Expert Determination and Rules for Dispute Review Boards are one of only a few currently available that set out how an Expert Determination/Dispute Review Board should operate. They are incorporated into the Forms of Contract suite (NB: DRB for international contracts) and can be used alongside other contracts such as FIDIC.
