Immunocytochemical Techniques is based on the manual for the course run by the authors at the Marine Biological Laboratories, Woods Hole. Immunocytochemical methods have a host of applications in cell and tissue biology, from labelling development markers to identifying the transmitter phenotype of neurons to clinical uses in marking tumour-associated antigens.
