Biomechanics and Osteosynthesis of Condylar Neck Fractures of the Mandible

This is a guide to the principles and techniques of anchor screw osteosynthesis, with a focus on fractures of the condylar neck of the mandible. The pathologic and anatomic characteristics of these fractures are described, as are the instruments required in using the osteosynthesis technique.
