The Northern Shoshoni

Historian Brigham Madsen has devoted muchof his career to telling the story of the Shoshoni.  The trimbe once occupied a huge region that included portions of Idaho, Oregon, Utah, Wyoming and Montana.  Madsen tells the story of these proud people and their struggle to adapt tot he massive cultural changes that have occurred during the past 150 years.
