Intended to be an annual publication, this edition contains essays on musical capabilities of elementary school students, taking into account musical aptitude differences among beginning students, effect of timbre on brass-wind intonation, and a study of the musical achievement of culturally deprived children and culturally advantaged children at the elementary school level.
