Drama Workshop for Seniors: Improv Games and Scenes

Here s a chance for seniors to tap into their great wealth of experience to express their ideas and feelings about things they ve done and places they have been to and new friends and places they wish to experience and enjoy.
One of the most accessible ways to do that in the arts is through Improvisational Theatre. This kind of acting does not require memorization. Instead, participants will make up situations, scenes and even whole plays with fellow group members with easy-to-follow explanations and directions by master teacher Milton Polsky (a senior himself). Throughout the book there are engaging photos, handy tips and suggestions for discussion and reflection.
