This report is the 1996 Annual Review of the Institute for Information Studies, a joint program of Nortel (formerly Northern Telecom Inc.) and the Aspen Institute. This volume examines the role wireless technology will play as part of the nation's future information infrastructure from six different perspectives, with papers on policy, politics, technology, social aspects, business applications, and the international dimension.
