National Society of Professional Engineers 2002 Income and Salary Survey Report and CD
Description
This is the 37th annual Income and Salary Report sponsored by the National Society of Professional Engineers. The 2002 edition contains compensation information from over 8,000 respondents across the USA. The searchable CD allows the user to manipulate the raw data and build customized reports. Over the years, this member survey has evolved into one of the most highly regarded reports on compensation for engineers, and the only reference tool that covers multiple disciplines at every professional level. The enhanced edition will provide expanded information on salary for licensed vs. nonlicensed engineers with similar experience, education, and level of responsibility, and geographic location down to the ZIP code. New income data points also include size of firm, gender/origin, co-op level jobs and shared jobs, and overtime pay benefits offered to salaried engineers. In addition to the median and range results offered in previous editions, the new edition provides quartile, decile, and mean information on the searchable CD. The survey information meets the seven criteria set forth by the U.S. Department of Labor, and can be used in immigration certification (H-1B visa) cases.
