Although several textbooks dealing with transition metal organometallic chemistry have recently been published, there is a general lack of problems to reinforce the principles discussed in these books. This book provides real problems from the recent literature, complete with solutions and references. For the practising organometallic chemist, there is also a readily accessible compilation of IR and NMR spectral data for a variety of organometallic compounds, and descriptions of NMR techniques frequently used as tools in the spectroscopic characterization of organometallic compounds.
