Secrets of Hatha Vidya

This book is based on the teachings of Svatmarama (1350-1550) compiled in the text known as the HATHAPRADIPIKA. Fifty-one verses have been selected for this work. A study of these verses is a good beginning for a serious student of Yoga. The glossary is especially useful. Each verse is presented in the original Sanskrit, with transliteration and a succinct translation.
