What Goes Around Comes Around: The Feedback Loop

Our conditions are exhibiting patterns of behavior which I called rhythms. This book explains the universal structure that governs those patterns of behavior and all changes in us and around us. This structure is known as the feedback loop which has been explained by Dr. Jay Forrester, the founder of system dynamics in his numerous books and articles. The feedback loop is simply explained by the saying "What goes around comes around." This structure was used in this book to find ways to improve unsatisfactory conditions and to understand the ideas on personal development that have been presented by successful people. This book also presents ways of avoiding being trapped by a number of fundamental interacting feedback loops that are found in many situations.
