Checkmate University V. 2 Exercises

The sequel to Checkmate University V. 1. In Volume 1, the student worked on exercises to reinforce Capturing, Checkmating and Elementary Tactics. Checkmate University V. 2 deals with 2-3 move combinations and Basic Stregy and Positional Play. It is intended for the student who wants to prepare themselves for their first scholastic chess tournament and provides advice on playing in Scholastic Chess Tournaments. There are very few books aimed at teaching chess to students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 (K-6). There are however, a lot of beginners' books, but they are generally directed to a higher reading level. This book fills this gap in chess literature.
