Incongruity of Metaphors

This collection of poems is a collage of memoirs and observations of life and nature. The poet intrinsically believes that poetry stems from the deepest and most subliminal thoughts that are awakened and projected within the bounds of language to a reader. In keeping with the fundamental precepts of this theory, he has created poems that push what he calls the Metaphors as a suitable mirror to parallel our daily observations and meditations in symphonic concordance with nature. In most of his poems, he has created a classical theme like an Alaap or Prologue in Indian Classical Music, while it ends on a finale of satire and wit leaving one to ponder the infinite incongruities that underlie metaphors.
