Unlike many examples of the espionage genre, each of the Special Agent Blake Grey books will place Major Blake Grey at the centre of actual events in authentic settings during WWII and into the dawn of the Cold War era.

Retaining the distinctly Canadian flavour of the Inside Camp-X titles, the Special Agent Blake Grey Series will focus upon little-known, covert operations in which Canada's role is unacknowledged in the official record: Dieppe, D-Day, Germay's intercontinental V2 rocket Project Wotan, atomic weapons Project Thor, the Manhatten Project, the Pacific theatre and, as well, the origins of Western and Soviet psychological and biochemical warfare experimental research.
