Restaurant Recipes of the Ozarks reveals the ingredients and practices used by professional chefs to make more than 150 dishes. There are several restaurant owners and chefs that contributed recipes that are their best sellers and some that submitted recipes outside of regularly featured entrees, such as daily specials or chef's personal favorites.
