Commandments for Continuous Improvement

This poster is a supporting visual aid for any Kaizen Event. It encompasses the fundamental philosophy behind Kaizen while reminding participants of the importance of teamwork. The poster allows the participants to agree to a common improvement language, once the group commits to these principles then any conflict or resistance to change can be directed to the rules of improvement rather than the trainer or another participant. The poster is only available with a UV Film Coating to protect against dust and grime, fading due to light exposure, and oil from finger marks.
