This book brings to light various Logistics-related topics within the scope of my professional experience. Its objective is to allow you to construe a complementary understanding of the main movements in Logistics, a topic so broad, complex and up to date. In doing so, it does not commit itself to any classic, methodological or sequential approaches, but to collecting ideas and issues that should be debated and adapted case by case, according to the logistics of each specific business or type of logistics support. Actually, my goal in writing it was to discuss the strategic reasoning behind logistics for production.
