My name is Arnoux (are-know) Goran and Iwas once diagnosed with several "incurable"diseases and told that I would certainly die.These diseases included: arthritis,fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome,anemia, hypoglycemia, adrenal failure, ulcers, hemorrhoids, candida, asthma, sever eallergies, sinusitis, rhinitis and more. I was always getting the flu, bronchitis or worse. I was often in the emergency room with a bad infection. I didn't breathe through my nose even once for over five years. I was in constant pain, totally exhausted and couldn't remember things I read so I finally had to quitthe pre-med program that I was in and prayfor answers. I had already quit working andteaching martial arts. Although my body wasdone, my sprit wasn't willing to give up.I didn't believe any of my doctors when theysaid, "you're already on the strongestmedication," or "there's nothing we can do for you," or "you're just going to have to learn to live with the pain." I just thought that they didn't know how I could heal myself. After trying all types of allopathic doctors (western medical doctors), Chinese doctors, naturopathic doctors, chiropractors,massage therapists, acupuncturists, energyhealers and more I finally just startedpraying.It wasn't long before I discovered that thesource of physical health is the diet. We've all heard the saying, "you are what you eat" but I never took it literally. I was in phenomenal shape outwardly as a black belt and instructor under one of the greatest martial arts masters in the world, except that inwardly I was dying. All of the best exercise in the world didn't make me healthy. What made me healthy was a shift in my diet.After changing my diet it took only six months for me to discover perfect health.
