I take you to be my lawfully wedded spouse, my constant friend, my faithful partner and my love from this day forward. In the presence of God, our family and friends, I offer you my solemn vow to be your faithful partner in sickness and in health, in good times and in bad, and in joy as well as in sorrow. I promise to love you unconditionally, to support you in your goals, to honor and respect you, to laugh with you and cry with you, and to cherish you for as long as we both shall live. This very second, thousands of couples around the world are making a similar vow to each other. But how many people truly realize the depth of the words that they pledge to each other? Not many in my opinion. How does it affect you? How do you feel about the world and yourself? How are you changed? When you live, breath, and believe in the vows that you make to your spouse and they are sadly lacking in their commitment to you. What would you do?
