Willie 'Chill' Bruce has been recently freed from the California Penal system and is tryig to stay on the straight and narrow, but is finding it hard to do with the government trying to garnishee his pay check for child support. He finds him safe faced with some hard decisions to make that ultimately lead him to become one of the Kings of Credit.
