A Thin Place

My overall opinion of A Thin Place is that it is the beginning of a great historical novel. The strongest aspect of this excerpt is its multiple historical plot-lines. I am very curious about how it will all fit together. The aspect that needs the most work is more description of character and place is needed. I would like to be able to picture the settings and characters in them.
