Results Based Facilitation: Book Two - Advanced Skills: Moving from talk to action

Meetings can be boring, have circular and repetitive conversations, and end without moving from talk to action. Results Based Facilitation (RBF), used skillfully, produces conversations and meetings that prompt direct action. Book Two - Advanced Skills provides a skill set that equips people in meetings and conversations to address complex issues, resolve conflict and join with others to take action together to achieve improved outcomes in organizations and communities.
