Gateway Helen E. Hearne 2013

The Helen E. Hearne Young Adult Literary Competition through Gateway Arts Foundation will reach out and recognize students in the literary field. Applications will be accepted from students 14 – 22 years of age for a short story, 50 – 75 pages, approximately 14,000 – 21,000 words. The short story must have a Las Vegas / Nevada / or any town in Nevada theme or centralized focus to the storyline and/or character.
