Today, so many people are burning the candle at both ends. There is no time left to get "lost in the zone", that almost meditative state where hours pass like minutes. When was the last time you experienced this? It doesn't matter what you do for a living. The creative process is much like a spiritual journey. It is intuitive, non-linear, and very much experiential. This is a collection of many activities which have helped me in discovering my own creative passions.
