Union Island, Caribbean Paradise, Then & Now

In the southwestern part of the Caribbean lies an archipelago of small islands that stretches from St. Vincent in the north to Grenada in the south. Known as the Grenadines, these beautiful islands remain a jewel in the Windward Islands. Although the redoubtable TV star, Oprah Winfrey and other luminaries such as Tommy Hilfiger, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Princess Margaret, Queen Elizabeth, Prince Philip, Amy Winehouse, Jeremy Clarkson, Mick Jagger, David Bowie and his wife Iman have visited the region and dabbled in such air of seclusion, the world at large remains astoundingly clueless of the region’s existence.
