Do you dream of being the CEO of a hot start-up? How far would you go to become a billionaire? What if your sole investor has mob ties? Frank Moretti's dream comes true because of his uncle Anthony Rizzo, a venture capitalist with a knack for investing in winners. Anthony takes Frank under his wing and together they create Ravven - a cloud start-up. The Start-up follows Ravven as it progresses from venture funding, acquiring clients, making acquisitions, staging and being sold. Frank faces one challenge after another and learns that a Rizzo funded CEO must be ready to commit fraud and even murder. A Silicon Valley icon buys Ravven for $8 billion. They later claim fraud and call in the FBI to investigate. The fraud appears obvious. Then a potential witness dies and another witness disappears. Will the FBI finally convict Anthony? Will Frank's dream turn into a nightmare?
