The Merovingian Cross: A Novel

Dagobert murmured, “It must never fall into the hands of the Church.” In 679 AD, Dagobert II hid a document and scroll in the undercroft of the church of Sainte Marie-Madeleine. The artifacts show the origins of the Merovingian Cross and the complete genealogy of Mary Magdalene to the present day. Jeb and Magda live in the mid-8th century and he is the son of the last Merovingian King. Jed and Martha live at the end of the 14th century and he is the son of Prince Henry Sinclair, possessor of the Cathar and Templar treasures, and that of Dagobert. Jes and Marya live in the middle of the 20th century. The three pairs live in different times and places, but they share one important trait: each one of them has the birthmark, the Merovingian Cross, evidence of the progression of the Magdalene's bloodline from the earliest days of the Merovingians. Threatened by agents bent on eliminating the bloodline of the Merovingians and evidence of its progression, they must count on friendships, secrecy, and their own wits to escape. Their destinies, and the Merovingian scroll they guard, are interwoven over time and place in this epic adventure, and the future of the bloodline is in their hands and those of their descendants.
