This is a readers edition of the three act drama, Three Testaments: Shalom, Peace, Salam, based on dramatic episodes from the award winning book, Three Testaments: Torah, Gospel and Quran. West End Theatre premiere in NYC June 10 - 26, 2015 leading to performances in various venues in USA and UK. Brilliant theatrical device to present the views of Muhammad on stage without offense, based on Sufi poem, The Conversation of the Birds. This is a peace play based on Jewish, Christian and Islamic scriptures, concluding with a scene at the United nations aimed at ongoing conflicts in the Middle East. Suitable for cold readings, one scene per session in Scriptural Reasoning at seminary, and for Introduction to Abrahamic Scriptures in university religion classes, as well as study by congregational book clubs.
