Molly’s parents aren’t what they seem. Molly is a typical teenager, living at home with her parents and her cat Dippy. Right now, she is dreaming about her knight in shining armour. When she is not at school Molly spends most of her time with her best friend Sally. Either shopping, drinking the latest limited-edition coffee at the local café or just hanging around the town of Betton on the outskirts of Atlanta. Her world was about to be turned upside down when, after having a sleepover at Sally’s, Molly returns home to find the living room covered in blood and her parents nowhere to be seen. The police assume her parents are dead. Eventually, they stop searching for the bodies, but Sally never gives up. Years later, still living in the same home with her Gran. Molly has been trying to move on with her life but struggles to find peace as she still investigates the truth about what really happened that weekend. When a dashing young man walks into her life, she starts to wonder if she’s finally found her knight in shining armour. Little does she know; his presence will start a series of events that will have the past repeating itself and leave Molly wondering whom she can really trust. When her life is in danger, can she find the truth before it’s too late?
