Global Import Regulations For Pre-Owned Medical Devices (Used And Refurbished)

This is the sixth edition of of this work, again issued by the International Trade Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce. This report seeks to collect and compile information on the regulations relating to the importation of pre-owned (used and refurbished) capital medical equipment in countries around the world. It also includes some information on market demand for such equipment. This report does not attempt to address the issue of re-use of single-use devices (SUDs). The main sources for this report are responses filed by the staff of the U.S. Commercial Service (CS) stationed in U.S. embassies and consulates around the world. Simon Francis compiled and edited this edition for the U.S. Dept. of Commerce.
