In this inspiring book, the author has gathered from his work all the content that would most encourage the reader to pray as a matter of service. The first chapter, Ministry of Prayer, sets the tone of the book. Chapter two and three, The Word and Prayer and Holiness and Prayer, sets forth for the reader those things that make prayer powerful and helps us to be more equipped to serve in prayer. Chapters four and five, Evangelism and Prayer and The Possibilities of Prayer, were meant to show us the power of prayer and the powerful ways that prayer can be used in service. In the last five chapters, Survey of Prayer - Part 1-5, Stephen has brought to us a survey of all the prayers in the Bible (minus the Psalms), in which he gives the prayer along with a few insightful comments.
