Annually, total reported relocation expenditures increased across the 22 federal organizations that provided relocation expenditures for all 5 fiscal years and included each of their components. In constant 1995 dollars, total relocation expenditures increased from $ 45.7 million in fiscal year 1991 to $ 46 million in fiscal year 1992.
