All the Judges of the High Courts established under this Act Tenure of office of High shall hold their offices during Her Majesty's CTMt-pleasure: Provided that it shall be lawful for any Judge of a High Court to resign such office of Judge to the Governor General of India in Council or Governor in Council of the Presidency in which such High Court is established. 5.
