When there is a serial rapist targeting college students, Brock Mcclellan is paired up with Holly Cavanaugh, who is a recent transfer to his precinct. Brock is drawn to her immediately, but Holly makes it clear she isn't interested in a relationship and wants to keep theirs strictly business.
