Black Canvas is the mirror that reflects the parts of us we may not want to be known. It touches on every day and not so everyday issues we face in life as women (and men also.) In her poetic debut, Nicole goes deep and personal delivering stories of pain, love, personal growth and everything in between. She bares all parts of her soul and unleashes all the secrets she was never meant to keep; whether it be her own or someone close to her. From childhood to adulthood, we take a ride on life's emotional rollercoaster and experience through the eyes of one woman and find in it ourselves, a friend, or a family member.
