Fire Officer I and II DVD

Adhering to the 2003 Edition of NFPA 1021, Standard for Fire Officer Professional Qualifications, this four-part program focuses on the "soft skills" essential to Fire Officers at Levels I and II. Intended as visual reinforcement for a Fire Officer text or other classroom learning material, Fire Officer DVD offers challenges that an Officer may face in relation to Human Resource Management, Community & Government, Inspection & Investigation, and Emergency Services - Delivery & Safety. Each program contains 2-4 scenarios depicting common situations through role-play and reenactments. These various situations encourage classroom discussion on how the various situations were handled through a series of follow-up questions, and presents the necessary information to effectively train the next generation of Fire Officers.
