Healing the wounds of Sept. 11, 2001 is a collectionof Dr. Athar's writings, speeches, and poems after the tragedy. He received many letters of support from his American friends which are compiled in his essay "the light at the end." One such friend is a Catholic nun Sr. Mary Margaret Funk who wrote the postscript to this book. Dr. Athar offers interfaith understanding and respect fordiversity as well as spirituality to heal such wounds.
