Codename: Chimera

A young man goes through a secret experimental program that is meant to transform him into a superhuman secret agent. He completes the program successfully. He is then sent on a desperate mission to stop a horrendous nuclear terrorist attack. However, there is a problem. The young man was blackmailed into going through the program, and he already had a major legitimate grudge. He had been sentenced to death for a crime he did not commit. He does not want to be a superhuman secret agent. He wants revenge. So now the fate of the United States is in the hands of the unwilling superhero known by the codename: Chimera.
