Introduction to Bankruptcy Law, fifth edition, is designed for paralegal courses in bankruptcy law. This new edition corresponds to the changes in bankruptcy law after enactment of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (BAPCPA).
