Alexander Bayerlein had everything he wanted in life. He had a wife he adored and who loved him back just as intensely. He had three children who loved him. He had a great job in a Chicago ad agency that he really enjoyed. He had the house and cars he liked. He had friends all over the world and enough money to visit them. He had everything until . . .
