Hey, Big Legs and Other Poems

The poems in this collection were written over a twenty year span, beginning when the author was in college. Inspiration for the pieces came from dreams, nightmares, people in the author's life, frustration, joy and even pieces of conversations she overheard in various checkout lines. The poems cover a range of topics. From not getting the last slice of pizza, to a spouse being haunted by the ghost of his abused wife, to friendship, to being alone, to an old man full of regrets and a cool old woman drinking gin. The author hopes everyone who reads her poems will find something to laugh about, cry about and think about.
